Purpose:
The Salt Spray Test Chamber is one of the artificial climate environmental testing equipment used for the “three-proof” tests (damp heat, salt spray, and mold). It is an important testing device for studying the environmental adaptability and reliability of products in industries such as machinery, defense, light industry electronics, and instrumentation.
This salt spray corrosion test chamber can perform Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) tests in accordance with GB/T 2423.17 Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electric and Electronic Products – Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method. It can also conduct Acetic Acid Salt Spray (AASS) tests.
The equipment complies with CNS, ASTM, JIS, and ISO standards.

14. Spray System:
1.The Bernoulli principle is used to absorb the salt solution and then atomize it. The atomization is uniform, with no blockage or crystallization, ensuring the standard requirements for continuous testing.
2.Nozzle: Made of special glass, with a service life of up to 4200 hours. The spray volume and spray angle can be adjusted.
3.Spray Volume: The spray tower is installed in the center of the test chamber to ensure uniform mist distribution. The spray rate can be adjusted to 1–2 ml / 80 cm² / hr (average over 16 hours).
